How it Works
Apply payment to a booking online or offline and add your 4 or 5 digit VISA* Rewards number to the file. Once added you'll receive the rewards to your card within 1-2 business days. Log into your account to view your balance at any time. The reloadable VISA* Rewards Gift Card can be used anywhere in the world that VISA* is accepted.
Agent Rewards Program - Terms & Conditions
In order to use the Scotiabank® VISA* Rewards Program you must be an employee of an accredited Canadian/US Travel Agency. VISA* Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be pooled between Travel Agents nor can a Travel Agency earn VISA* Rewards.
The Scotiabank® Reloadable VISA* cards are issued by the Bank of Nova Scotia. Scotiabank® has partnered with Berkeley Payment Solutions to bring corporate prepaid VISA* payment solutions to Canada. Berkeley Payment Solutions develops and manages customized, pre-paid VISA* card programs on behalf of Scotiabank®.
Agents must register for their own personal Rewards card. Scotiabank® VISA* Rewards cards will be sent to the Travel Agents home address and NOT to the Travel Agency for security purposes.
Reporting Adjustments or Corrections of balances
If the Travel agent notices an error in their VISA* balance, Huntington must be notified within 30 days after the Rewards have been added. Adjustments to the account of the Travel Agent can be made at any time if Huntington Rewards have been added in error.
The Scotiabank® VISA* Rewards Card is not a credit card, it is re-loadable card. Cards do not come activated or pre-loaded. Card Activation is the responsibility of the Travel Agent.
Files with Rewards
Scotiabank® VISA* Rewards will be posted to the Travel Agent's personal account within 24-48 hours of receiving the full payment on a file.
Adding/Modifying/Termination of Huntington VISA Rewards program
Huntington reserves the right to add, modify or terminate the Scotiabank® VISA* Rewards Program without prior notice. Huntington also reserves the right to change any of the Terms & Conditions listed in the Scotiabank® VISA* Rewards Program without prior notice.
Travel Agents can access their VISA* Rewards account to edit cardholder information, change PINs, suspend or unsuspend an account, view statements or raise a dispute and view granted Rewards.
Access to your Huntington Scotiabank® VISA* Rewards online account is password protected. Depending on the circumstance, the Huntington Rewards Team, Scotiabank® and/or Berkeley Payment Solutions will be able to assist you with any inquiries that you may have.

All monies are loaded onto the Scotiabank VISA* Rewards card by Huntington in conjunction with Scotiabank®. Huntington assumes no responsibility if Reward Cards are lost, stolen or damaged. Huntington will not be held responsible for any errors with Scotiabank® VISA Rewards cards. There is a $20 fee for VISA* Replacement cards which is at the expense of the Travel Agent.
Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
Travel Agents registering for the Huntington Agent Scotiabank® VISA* Rewards Program automatically agree to the Terms and Conditions of the program listed here. Agents participating in the Huntington POINTS Program must agree to the Terms & Conditions of the Huntington POINTS program before any such redemption can be processed.
The Scotiabank® VISA* Rewards card can be used anywhere that VISA* is accepted worldwide. There are no fees or charges to the Travel Agent or the VISA* Rewards card with the participation of the Scotiabank® VISA* Rewards Program.
Each Travel Agent is responsible to report their own earned income from all sources to the required government bodies. Huntington will assume no responsibility for personal assessments with regards to the agent's participation in the Huntington Agent Scotiabank® VISA* Rewards Program, the Historic Gift Card Program or the Huntington POINTS Program.
The VISA* Rewards card is a re-loadable VISA* card. Travel Agents are only able to spend the amount of money that has been loaded onto the card. There are no minimum payments and Agents cannot exceed the amount of money on the card or it will naturally decline.
Scotiabank® is not able to provide information about an Agents card, either through the branch network, customer service or Scotiabank.com.

Online Account Services
Travel Agents can find all information pertaining to the VISA* Rewards Program conveniently located online when logging into their account. If Travel Agents choose to contact Berkeley Payment Solutions directly the first call is FREE, after that there will be a fee.
Cancelation of Participation
Travel Agents can choose to cancel their VISA* Rewards card at any time by emailing the Huntington Rewards Team directly at firstname.lastname@example.org
