A Our online reservations system provides the flexibility to book when you want; you can access huntingtontravel.net 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Q Do I need a password to access www.huntingtontravel.net?
A Yes you do. You can simply click on "Apply For Password" and fill in the required fields and submit request.

Q Are fares shown in system up-to-date?
A Yes, huntingtontravel.net will show up-to-date information.

Q Can I book an open jaw reservation?
A Yes, the online reservation system allows you to book open jaws.

Q Does www.huntingtontravel.net offer seat selection?
A Yes, both huntingtontravel.net and our reservations department do offer seat selection.

Q Can I add Special Service Request (SSR) to my file?
A Yes, you can add this in the "Add Remarks" field.

Q Can I book itineraries with stopovers online?
No. You cannot book itineraries with stopovers at this time. Please call our Reservations Specialists at (905) 820-2266 for assistance.

Q Can I cancel reservations that I made online?
Yes. To cancel a reservation, click on 'PNR' in the Booking Engine. Bring up the passenger record that you would like to cancel. Then click on the 'Record Locator.' You will be given an option to cancel the record.

Q Can I change bookings that I made online?
No. You cannot use the booking engine to change reservations at this time. To change reservations, please call our Reservations Specialists for assistance.

Q: Do the tickets show a price?
A: The large majority of Net Fare tickets show no amounts other than the taxes collected. However, a very few airlines require tickets to show the published fare for the fare basis used. The price paid by your client is always lower then the amount shown.

Q: Can I pay by cheque?
A: Yes. Agency cheques are accepted

Q: Do these tickets qualify for mileage programs as normal tickets do?
A: Yes. Your clients may accumulate mileage if they are already enrolled or may join a new mileage program at the time of check-in.
